I am purchasing a new house from the builder in houston. Is the builder supposed to put BLINDS in the house? - houston blinds

The house has shutters. Should I put shutters or the manufacturer?

it will only do so if he wants.

They would be an update, but you'll pay more if you do the manufacturers, rather than have a window for companies.

You do. My advice to go to Home Depot and get the blinds. They are not difficult to install. If you do not want to do with your contract of agency. But it costs, anyway, but cheaper than doing it yourself.

Normally, the buyer selects and pays for the blinds.

Blinds, curtains, drapes, which are usually installed by the purchaser is a personal chioce, if they are not set in the windows, or as part of the package,
